1. How realistic do the documents look?
The documents that we create are of high quality and appear just as the original ones.
2. Is it possible to get my own information and transactions put on the documents?
Yes it is possible, there are fields on the order forms to collect personal information needed or desired to create your documents.
3. How far back can we go on financial documents?
You can go back as far as you need. The more documents that you purchase the more discounts you will get, however, this can cause a longer processing time.
4. Is it possible to get next day delivery?
If you want next day delivery on qualifing documents your order must be place and payments made prior to 12PM (MST), but it will cost for extra delivery charges and you will be subjected to the size of the particular order.
5. Can changes to the document be made if there are mistakes that are found?
Of course, if the document does not match the order that is placed changes will be made free of charge. You will also get a preview before the postage is made so that you can approve the documents accuracy and quality.
If you approve the preview we send and it contains a mistake, then we charge a small fee because it is not our fault.
6. What types of payments are acceptable?
We will accept payments by PayPal, Money Gram, Western Union or Netspend Reload Pack,. Besides the payment methods listed there are no other options available at this time. Visit our Payment page to learn more.
7. What types of postage methods are available?
All the documents are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate, 3 business days, unless requested otherwise.
If different method of shipment is desired you should request it on your quote and note you will be charged the additional expense accordingly.
8. How much time does it take to complete an order?
Orders cannot be started until payment has been made. All of the documents require specific time periords to create an original and quality product.

We are always working to the best of our ability to meet the time frames for the customers, but sometimes there are some unforeseen complications that may occur. Please keep this in mind when you place and order.
9. Do returning customers receive a discount?
Yes, we offer a rewards program. We give discounts to previous customers according to earned points. Points are earned according to dollar amount spent. Once you make your first purchase with Superior Novelty Docs you will be issued a customer number which is what's used to track earned points. $50 = 1 point. The discount are as follows:
