Step 1

The first step is to go to the What We Offer section of the site and see the novelty documents that are available.

Step 2

Select the type of novelty document that you need.

Step 3

Click on the Get A Quote button which is present at the bottom of any page and fill out the required fields.

Step 4

Once you receive your quote and are ready to move forward go to the Place Order page and fill out the form with the pending order number provided on your quote. Your purchase agreement and invoice will be created according to to the quote you obtain. Therefore, if you would like to add or delete a product for you order please request a new quote.

Step 5

The order will show up in our system and our experts will review the order and send you an email requesting the custom information and any documents needed to create your documents. Fill out the information request form(s) as completely as possible. We will notify you once we receive the completed forms and documents we requested.

Step 6

Once your order request is complete we will provide the payment details and the time period need to complete the order, as well as, your purchase contract. Upon acceptance of the agreement for services to be rendered, time frame of completion, monies owed and payment method you will sign the binding contract. We will then forward you a copy signed by you and Superior Novelty Docs.

Step 7

After your purchase contract is complete you will make the payment according to the instructions provided in the purchase contract. Once you have done this you should complete the Payment Confirmation form on the Payment page providing us any confirmation numbers so that we can confirm payment and start working on your order. Upon confirmation of payment you will be sent a receipt.

Step 8

We are dedicated individuals and will work on your document until it is totally complete. We do our best to finish the document in the given time frame that is provided to us. When we are done we will email you with a preview of the document in PDF format so that you can look at it and make sure that everything is exactly how you want it. If there is a mistake then we will be glad to fix it for you and return it as soon as we can.

Step 9

When you are happy with the preview we will ship your order.
